The all-inclusive offer
Price is £1,000
This is by far the most cost-effective option. With this offer, I do all the donkey work allowing you to sit back and relax.
In basic terms, we do it all for you, from finding your ideal property to the keys in your hands. We do all the legwork for you, all you need to do is pay us, pay the lawyer and reply to emails. As simple as that. We also give you one-to-one advice and help throughout the period. Including afterwards, we are always here to help. This requires a one-to-one phone call to get your requirements etc.
Translation service
We have a contact with a professional registered translator, She can do phone call interpretation for your meetings, talking to builders, house sellers etc. i can put you in contact with her,
she charges £30 per hour,
she works with the courts and police in Hungary so sometimes is busy, therefore it is advised to book calls with her, she also requires payment in advance.
We also have a professional registered translator to do legal paperwork if needed, although our lawyer of choice also offers this service at £40 per hour.
Personal property video
prices start from £50
We will go and take a video tour of any property you are interested in, This will be an in-depth, detailed video of the property, the land, inside and outside.
We use high qaulity cameras and equipment, giving the best experience.
Also, we can add drone footage giving an aerial view of the property, land and roof structure. this is a small extra cost.
we cover the whole of Hungary.
